Partner hospitals provide accredited clinical training environments, faculty mentorship and supervision, and integration into existing fellowship or advanced training structures. We work closely with each institution to ensure full compliance with credentialing, supervision, and regulatory requirements.

A Program Designed for Safety, Accountability, and Compliance
The program operates with a strong governance framework designed to protect patients, fellows, and partner institutions. Oversight includes an independent board with medical and global health expertise, an advisory committee of senior surgeons and hospital leaders, and transparent selection, evaluation, and reporting processes.
The program maintains full compliance with immigration, licensing, and institutional policies. We do not deploy unsupervised clinicians and do not operate short‑term or “voluntourism” models.
