Reporting on Lives Improved and Lives Saved

POGS measures success through the real impact surgeons have after returning home-tracking operations, outcomes, and lives saved.

Real World, Measurable Results

When surgeons return home newly equipped with advanced surgical knowledge, they report on the number of children operated, outcomes, and lives saved. This creates a truly accountable and results‑driven tracking program. Success is measured by the impact fellows have after returning home, saving children’s lives, and reducing suffering.
